Re-organization of Essex County Democratic Committee
Tappahannock, January 9th - The Essex County Democratic Committee was reorganized this date with Jacob Plummer as pro tem Chairman. Local caucuses allow any registered Democratic voter in Essex County to run as a delegate to
our 1st Congressional District convention to be held in Fredericksburg on May 8th, 2010. At
this convention we will select the candidate to represent us in the general election to oppose Congressman Rob Wittman for his seat in the House of Representatives.
